On select products, Show Works reserves the right to seek payment for additional shipping charges based on particular freight and/or other oversize requirements. We are constantly adding products and many times we are in the middle of upgrades. If there are any discrepancies, you will be notified. At such time, we will abide by any desire to discontinue purchase of said product, and immediately issue a credit card refun. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but hope we can work together to work out any inconveniences.

Show Works will ship out products within 24 hours of your order being placed excluding Friday after 1pm through Sunday. Please allow 10-14 days for freight items. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of most ADC curtain track. Time sensitive shipments (Next Day, 2nd Day Saver, or 3 Day Select) must be received by 1pm (Eastern) in order to ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm (Eastern) will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed after 1pm (Eastern) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders are shipped out on business days only.
UPS Ground deliveries usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Show Works will provide a tracking number for all packages upon request. Show Works will consider a delivery late 24 hours after the expected delivery date. At that point, Show Works will take the necessary actions to recover the shipment. Customers are responsible for shipments after they have signed for the delivery. Show Works assumes no responsibility for shipping charges that have occured during a return. On most products, there is a restocking fee equal to 15% on customer returned goods.
